Get in Touch
The best way to reach us is by email. Whether you have spotted an error in one of our guides, have a suggestion for a topic we should cover, or just want to say hello, drop us a line at:
We aim to respond to all enquiries within a few business days.
What We Can Help With
- Corrections — if you have found an error or outdated information in any of our guides, please let us know, ideally with a link to the official source.
- Topic suggestions — is there a part of business failure, insolvency, or recovery you would like explained? We welcome ideas.
- General feedback — we are always looking to improve the site and appreciate your thoughts.
- Media enquiries — journalists and researchers are welcome to contact us.
What We Cannot Help With
- Legal or insolvency advice — we are not lawyers or registered liquidators, and we cannot advise on your specific situation. Speak to a qualified solicitor, accountant, or registered insolvency practitioner. ASIC publishes a register of registered liquidators at asic.gov.au.
- Financial advice or financial counselling — for free, confidential, independent financial counselling for small business owners, call the Small Business Debt Helpline on 1800 413 828.
- Disputes with liquidators, administrators, or trustees — complaints about registered liquidators can be made to ASIC; complaints about bankruptcy trustees can be made to AFSA.
